100 Days Smarter: Year 1 Students Dress as 100-Year-Olds at Straits Penang

A special Year 1 milestone celebrating 100 Days of Learning through play, creativity, and shared moments with families at our Penang campus.

A proud milestone was celebrated as our Year 1 students marked 100 Days of Learning at Straits International School Penang — a meaningful moment that reflects steady progress, growing confidence, and joyful learning experiences along the way.

Over the past 100 school days, our young learners have explored new ideas, built early literacy and numeracy skills, formed friendships, and developed independence in a nurturing environment. Each day has been part of Amazing Learning, where children feel supported to ask questions, try new things, and grow at their own pace — truly a place Where Confidence Grow from the very beginning of their school journey.

To commemorate this special occasion, students dressed up as if they were 100 years old, stepping into the shoes of wise elders with creativity and humour.
